What emu? I have tried FPSe and PSX4 droid and have not had the issue.

I was sent a new phone due to backlight issues so before i sent the old one back i wanted to do a factory reset on it. The reset in the privacy setttings did absolutely nothing for my phone i had to go into recovery and it did reset it that way. Seems to be an issue more than one of us is having tho.
