Droid 4 AP fastboot phone only starts when plugged into outlet.

I had rooted my Droid 4 , then did something else can't remember what. If I plug the phone in it starts up with boot logo then to AP Fastboot, device locked, low battery etc.
If I try to go into recovery or anything else it restarts and goes back to AP fastboot screen.

I tried to pull battery to reset it and that didn't work.

If I try to hook up phone to pc only a green led comes on, nothing else.

I have looked everywhere for the answer and am now downloading fastboot files but not sure what good that will do me if I can't get phone to work on pc or will it work anyway with rsd lite?

Could someone please direct me to a link that will explain how to successfully unbrick my phone?

any info will help. I really liked that phone.

Heres something new. I hook the phone up to my pc and the green LED comes on. if I hold power + up+Down sometimes it will go to boot menu then shut off before I can select anything. The PC does not recognize the phone.

I split a motorola cord and hooked it up to phone. Now on ap fastboot failure screen it says "Battery OK". Do I just let it charge now?
