well i took it by the store yesterday and they told me they are going to have to tech look at it because the ppl at the store dident know if it was a know issue so i have to go back today and have them take a look at it.
They better replace it for you. If they end up telling you too bad, head to another Verizon store and try again. Keep trying until you find a store that will replace it for you.
If it's through Verizon's insurance, it will more than likely be a refurbished Droid. Best Buy's mobile insurance will give you a brand new Droid at any of your local stores.
