I've been using a screen off profile, 300-600 without problems...

That is weird, but its screen off profiles that don't work. Requires a battery pull occasionally when coming out of deep sleep for a notification.

By occasionally I mean, 4 times today (between 8am and 12pm, which is when I turned profiles off lol)

Although pistacio, you are using an old version of SetCPU. I have the new 3.0, which may be both of our problems. Do you use screen off profiles?
