Personally I find the flash on my Droid or any other phone largely gimmicky. Pics look terrible with such flash... I would have to be really desperate to use it. Reviews also seem to suggest the still camera on the Eris performs better than the Droid.
It seems like Eris is based on Android 1.5 and i heard someone mention that loading the Eris ROM on the Droid would only work if the Eris ROM was based on Android 1.6 ?
BTW.. apparently Eris will soon get a 2.0 upgrade... and that should bring in the Navigation features. Perhaps its better to wait until then to use the Eris ROM on the Droid ?
