At this point, I would see about taking it back into Verizon and show them what it is doing. It sounds like there might also be a hardware issue at play. Have them work with an operable Inc2 side by side doing the same things so they can compare the speed and see the problem.
Right now, this is pretty much looking for a needle in a haystack. I believe the option I listed above is where you need to be now.
We've got that. Like I said, at this point, you need to take it into Verizon to see if it is a hardware malfunction. There are so many factors that could be involved with this, we can sit here for the next month going back and forth about suggestions. Everything at this point seems to lean towards the hardware.
Well iv been playing wit it for a day now after I tried everything. And it seems to have improved some what... I can't take it to a Verizon store because where I live there is no store. Not for at least 100miles
Call customer support. Tell them your phone is slow and laggy. Tell them you have done multiple factory resets. They will mail you a new one. And you can mail yours back.
