Wirefly has the Incredible for FREE with a new Verizon agreement or with your upgrade. I have seen this online for FREE with new but not with upgrade so I thought I would let everyone know in case they know someone looking to upgrade. Not sure if it is zip code specific but it came up for me in 30101.
