I'd like to see some proof of these so called issues. My phone has worked flawlessly since I've owned it.

I also have really had no issues since owning this device in Oct. That being said, as much as I love my Moto phones, I'll be jumping ship for the S5 when my 1yr comes up in August!

To the OP, I assume the version they are offering free is the 16GB model? OG came with 32

Hello and welcome.. Are you in the US or are you in another country? I'd first try rebooting the device.. Then go into settings.. More, network.. You should see a GSM option in there . If you're using the device with a different sim than verizon's I think you need to put the setting on either GSM or global.. Try that and report back

Thank you....I'm in the US and I did the rebooting and I switched it to GSM but its still saying network not available and this may be temporary or this action may not be provisioned..is there anything else I can do?

Can you tell me whose network your trying to use it on?

It was already on global. And I'm trying to use T-Mobile is that possible

It may be that you need to take the device to t mobile and have them change the access on it.. I'm really not sure here...

It just hit me.. Have you enabled roaming??? I think that needs to be enabled..
