I asked about my problem when I joined but just now found your Tech Support area. I apologize if this is therefore a duplicate question.
I go through kittywireless.com for the service I have with PagePlus cellular and recently switched from an LG phone to a Droid Pro I got off ebay. It activated and works perfectly for calls, Wi-Fi, everything, EXCEPT it will not send or receive basic text messages or picture messages.
I use the standard pay by the minute plan usually and mostly for texting. I don't want to use data for this, just standard text rates like on the old phones.
Neither Kittywireless (the BEST customer service anywhere, BTW) nor PagePluscellular can assist me because I didn't buy a PagePlus phone from them, but I do know that the Droid will work on their service.
Tried resetting the MSN through Kitty and also did Factory Reset from the phone itself, all to no avail.
From what I've seen on this & other forums, other people have the same problem but I can't find a solution. Hopefully you have some advice or can direct me to a site or other resource for help.
