Hello everyone.

I've bought a DROID RAZR XT910 , recently.

Never had any problems till those last two days.
The phone was in my pocket, and it started to rain. Okay, the phone is "waterproof". It can resist to some water and survive.
And it worked in the next day, no problems. It's still working.

But yesterday, i was in the bus...and my music was randomly stopping. I found out the phone was thinking i was sending voice commands, and i wasn't. It was dialing a contact everytime, stopping my music , well it was really pissing me off.

Then i decided to reset the phone: Settings, blabla. Well, things got working again, no problem... i was able to listen to music and use the phone.
But today, the problem started AGAIN. I just arrived in my job, was listening to music...and the random music stops started again. If i don't plug a earphone/headset , everything works fine.

I never flashed my RAZR. The only uncommon thing is what i mentioned before, about some water on the phone(not much).

Is there anything else i can do to fix it ? Maybe a hard reset , or i must send it to warranty ?
I'm from brazil and bought the phone in NY, i'll have to send to a local warranty. I wish i don't have to, it is going to be expensive...if THERE IS A AUTHORIZED WARRANTY able to fix it.

p.s: I like to use Winamp for listening to music, but even when using the default app i get those problems.

Thanks in advance

Pablo.

I use the Android app PowerAmp and there is a setting in the Headset section of the app's Settings called High Priority... which raises the headset handler priority to override the phone thinking you are using voice commands. Look in WinAmp's settings for some sort of priority setting like I've described. When I uncheck High Priority, the phone does what you describe so that's why I thought I'd respond with something that should help you. Hope so.

Freeze voice commands. You'll get a few force close messages, but just reboot and it'll go away. Don't delete it.

I'll take a look in this app, PowerAmp.

On winamp, i just remember a setting about "allow winamp to control headset". Nothing else.

Byakushiki, what do you mean with freeze voice commands ?

also, i'll post an update:
Today after the problem happened...i just powered off the phone and charged it fully.
Then powered it on...problem gone. Dunno why, still using winamp and all my other stuff, and the problem suddendly gone.
It is being very weird. is there any way i can stop voice commands or disable it...i really don't have any interest in this function

Thanks in advance !
