I've never actually used it on my Bionic, but from my understanding it is a hack/program that allows one access to Motorola's Dev servers, where test builds can be downloaded and installed as OTA updates. In other words, one can use it to force an OTA of unapproved software builds.

Since there was a leak it has to be coming up. My guess is June time. Like the DX's GB update last year.

Someone made a good point. If Moto has a phone coming out soon that has ICS already installed....I dont think it will get installed on any phones until after that one launches. When is the release date for the Fighter?
