Titans...I lied to you RSD does read it the phone in bootloader, my first few attempts wer unsuccessful I guess. I am in the process of downloading the VZW_A855_ESD56_QSC6085BP_C_01.3E.01P_SW_UPDATE_03.sbf file (stock 2.0.1) to see if my problem will be fixed.

i have the same problem you had and want to complete this step. Can you give me a little more detail on how you got rsd to work. I have used RSD to flash spfrecovery, but that's the only use. How would I use rsd to flash the vzw update (unroot 2.0.1), the same way?

Not sure what help this will be if any, I found that the auto brightness (display settings) when enabled causes my screen to act like this. Drives me crazy..
