Camera after Update

I've been having issues with my camera/video not working correctly. Also, my pictures don't always come up when I pull up my gallery. Anyone else? Any fixes?

I rooted my phone .. I'm on an Eris. With 2.2.1 ... there seems to be problems across the board with camera and gallery issues ... i replaced the gallery with the 3DMT pinch zoom gallery, mentioned some where in one I'd the forums on here.. i also replaced the stock camera, buying camera 360.. it's a much better camera ( at least compared to the stock Eris camera ) ... I've been much happier with the new camera & gallery apps.. the 3DMT gallery is free and camera 360 costs $4.

Well, now my phones battery life is becoming ok... Now it restarts randomly
