Absolutely fantastic app. Installed new rubix 1.8.6 rom with black juice. Using low voltage and stable at 1.35. Been moving slowly from 1.2 up to 1.35 and it seems to be running fine. No FCs and no reboots. Good job jrummy!
I attempted 5 times to load rubix 1.8.6 on my dx, everytime I click install from sd card it goes through the motions as if installing, on boot I briefly see a file box with arrow shooting out, the immedate after exclamation point within a triangle, then just loads back to clockworks

That happened to me my first time attempting to install a custom rom. Are you going through rom manager? bootstrap, reboot, wipe cache/data, install the sd.
Yes, sir I am. I clicked directly on rom manager, install from sd card, I scrolled down to download, opened tapped on rubix.zip then deviced ask to wipe and backup which I clicked both for preinstallation, then it ran its course then as I mentioned above happened
Since the 1.9.0 update with the new profiles, it has been very slow to update from one to the other, e.g. coming off my "screen off" profile once I turn it on. It takes a manual slider adjustment to set it back up to max from 300 MHz, which as you can imagine slows down my phone considerably. SetCPU is off, screenshot of my profile settings is attached.
Is this an overlook with the new update, or is this user error (which it usually is in my case)?
does any body know of a good kernel on Jrummies app that you can still run Wireless tether on? I have tried several kernels and cant seem to find one that is compatible with wireless tether.

I love this app I just wish it was easier(noon friendly) to set up for different situations. I found setcpu easy to make profiles on. But this app I am afraid to try.
Edit. Oops looks like that was fixed in the last update, that's what I get for posting at 3am.

When I'm at the "Main Menu" there are 2 boxes outlined in red, "Set Frequinces at Boot" and "Advanced / Custom".
When I click on the "CPU Freqeucny Scaling" box it has a "Apply on boot" checkbox at the bottom. If I click that what does it do? Does it put my phone at risk?
What is the difference between "Set Frequinces at Boot" & "Apply on boot"? Because I know if you set one of these and your phone messes up it can brick you phone.
I'm trying out the profiles for the first time and having some trouble. I have a screen off profile set to lower my settings but once I turn my screen on the widget still says its on the screen off settings. Any ideas?
