Droid X and LTE (4G)

Will the droid X ever be capable of LTE (Verizon's 4G network)?
Will something as simple as a software update (like froyo 2.2 or gingerbread 2.3) make it compatible?

No. Lte is a different cell system entirely and will require a new antenna so youll need a new phone when it comes out.

No SIM = no LTE
