Droid X lock-but quick on off works

Hi, recently replaced my fried Droid X with a refurb. I am experiencing a screen input lockup somewhat randomly - but frequently. When it happens, if I turn the power off and quickly back on it will start accepting inputs again. I have tried clearing the cache several times but it continues (although less frequently). About a week ago I factory reset it and reloaded everything and it continued. I have also reformatted the SD card and only put minimal files back on (few pictures and some work files). Any suggestions????
