Droid X locks up after ending call.

This has happened once or twice where I end a call and then the phone does not exit the plain blue screen that comes after a call ends. I can't pull down the bar menu on the top and I can't get to the lock screen if I turn off my phone screen. When I turn it back on, it goes straight back to the blue screen. I can't get a new phone or I will not be able to have unlimited data anymore. My home button is already broken and requires excessive force to use. The back button does not work at all.

I would just find a cheap used phone (off contract) on Swappa or a site similar to it then you can get a newer phone and still keep unlimited data.
