Why not make a gingerbread liberty rom?

Maybe because it takes time to? Maybe because devs have lifes and jobs too? Maybe because they've been working on this for a while and didn't want to throw away their work? Maybe because we've only have gb rooted for 3 days?

Sorry to seem like an ass.... those kind of posts tick me off.

We're seeing that question a lot in here. Check out jrummy's twitter, @jrummy16, he put up yesterday that when he finishes 2.0, he's going to get started on gingerbread Liberty. The reason he is putting this out now is because GB is a whole new beast to tackle, and he already had this mostly complete when the GB leak came out. So instead of just throwing away what he had started, and making us wait longer for some kind of update, he's giving us this to ride us over.

I can't wait for it, I love liberty but I prefer the gingerbread untill he comes out with a gb rom, thanks for the KIND responce.

I downloaded Liberty Toolbox 2.0 Donation, and when i installed it, my phone rebooted and is now stuck on the boot page. The one with the eagle that spins...please help

Boot into recovery and wipe data/cache. When that's done reboot and dont download anything else but the toolbox. Not sure why it would cause you to bootloop just by installing it though.....

I can't even turn my phone on. It just stays on that boot screen... is there a trick I don't know or am i f*cked?

pull the battery, when it boots back up, it should boot you into Clockwork Recovery. and to add to what 13th angel posted, make sure you install the rom from sdcard/liberty/downloads/doubleo2.zip. then boot and download toolbox.

I've already pulled the battery, i've turned it off, but i can not even get into clockwork recovery, anything other than the boot screen(when you turn the phone on and it's loading) that is all it is doing.

Did you try the dif ways to boot into recovery?
Like hold volume down button and power at the same time and it should go right into recovery

Ok so I got Liberty Toolbox up and running, now i'm looking to install the gingerbread red theme from the Liberty Mods section and everytime that i do say that the files are bad?
