If you have root explorer, you could delete the apk from /system/app then reboot and install from market. If it's not in /system/apps check /data/apps.

hmmmm...I tried that but let me try again. It wouldn't let me delete apk from system.

FINALLY installed this ROM yesterday. I'd tried 1.1.1, but eventually backed it out because the Power Widget just didn't work properly. 2.0 is MUCH MUCH better. Haven't had any issues yet... in fact, this is the ROM Motorola and Verizon SHOULD'VE installed on the phone, not that bloated nightmare the phone comes with!! This is much more like what I remember having on my OG Droid... only a lot faster. Thanks!

This was the last rom I.tried and turned out to be the best. It is the fastes and smoothest of them all. I just hope Nitro keeps up with it nobody is working on the Bionic any more.

Quick question - is there any way to move the notification power toggles to the same row as the Clear button? when I'm in landscape mode this takes up half of the notification dropdown.

I have not been able to log into my yahoo email at all on this rom. I noticed a post about 9 or 10 pages back that referenced Yahoo email not being supported b/c it was a blur account, is yahoo just not supported and is there anything I can do to get it to work? The yahoo app sucks and I would prefer not to use it if I don't have to.

I am really liking this rom, but a lack of yahoo email is kind of a deal breaker for me.

I use k9 mail for all my gmail and yahoo email accounts. It's a nice app.

Im not folowing you All 3 work on my phone Yahoo Aol and Gmail. I have the Yahoo mail app the only difference is you have click 2 times on yahoo is that what your talking about?

Just curious...what is it about the yahoo mail that sucks?

I could not set a different notification sound for it, it never synced things correctly, I ended up having to delete things twice (once on phone, and once on pc), took forever to load messages, and the overall experience using the app left a lot to be desired.

I am going to try flashing this again and see if things change, maybe it was just a flukey thing that one time.

FULL DISCLOSURE: I am a Yahoo employee...but I work in the account verification department, and have no communication with the mail app developers.

Yeah, I would definitely try it again. I have been using the Yahoo app on my Bionic and my Asus Transformer for a few months now, with no problems at all, however, I still can't change the notification sound for the app...so I'm with you on that one. But overall, I would say the app is pretty decent.

ok thanks for the info AirborneSpoon I will check out the app again, it has been probably 6-8 months since I last used it so I am assuming that updates have improved the connectivity of the app.
