Will flashing this ROM work with safe strap out do I have to use boot strap?

Ok I thought I could I used safe strap and was all was loaded downloaded titanium went to restore my apps and it said I didn't have root access. Anybody know what should cause this?

What does safe or non safe mean? About to download and try out the ROM!
I had my stock rooted rom in non safe mode and lost super user when wiping data but I'm still able to use Safestrap and flash roms in safe mode. You may want to give that a try, I have no problems with TiBu.
To the above poster, if you don't use safestrap and the install messes up, then you have to fxz to unbrick your phone. That is why I prefer to flash roms in safe mode.
