Shut down phone
Remove sim and sd card
Turn on
Shut down
Replace cards
Turn on
Hopes for the best...

Not sure if that is intentional. But for some reason, it is not seeing my SIM card and I am gathering that is why I am not getting data as well.
I am on a Droid Bionic.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
