Just saying:

The voting is restricted by machine by browser which means it probably is controlled with a local cookie. We figured this out because, we have quite a few machines in my house for various family members. Each machine gets one vote per browser. In other words Chrome, Firefox and IE can all vote from the same machine. I'm guessing if you cleared you cookies, you could vote again, but haven't tried to confirm.
