Error Saving Attachment with Texted Ringtones from Verizonwireless.com

I am having the same problem that was posted in this thread for a Droid X

I just bought the Bionic and love it. So I went to my verizonwireless site and downloaded the ringtones that I had on my old phone. 12 ringtones total. They were all texted to my Droid and I tried saving them (just as it is explained on the Verizon support site) and every time I try to save the file, I get an error message.

I've tried to save it from the text message and save it from the screen when you are playing the sound.

I'm able to save other files, just not the ringtones from Verizonwireless.com

I have opened support tickets with Verizon, but they haven't been helpful.

Anyone else have any idea?

Hope help comes soon because I have the same problem and get the same message. It says 'trying saving again'. Same result. Can someone please help?
