Yeah but often times, the ex learned some new tricks.. Baaahahahahahaha .Updates can be like going back out on a "Date" with the "X" (and I don't mean motoX) ....

One would have that it might have shipped with it or gotten it soon after launch. Feb is a little long. I would be ok with a debugged 5.0 even !
Sdlc doesn't work that way especially when bugs are found in test or uat. Devs are already working on the next version for production.
