I too am having Face Book issues the App is lame and m.Facebook.com is better IMHO

I find Facebook Lite?A Faster, Simpler Facebook to be a good middle ground between mobile and full version...

BTW,

i had so much problems with facebook,
that i switched over to Babbler.....and it is godlike!

It brings a widget that IS updating, and the app itself works great!
