Factory reset gone wrong

Thanks. I'm guessing by carrier you mean network? I'm in UK, different terminology. It's with EE. Does that make a difference?

So the warranty may be up.. I'm not sure.. You could call them and find out..

This may be the most friendly corner of the internet I've found. Thanks all.

Its a HTC One running on Android 4.4.2 and HTC Sense 5.5. What else do you need?

Also, just to be clear I have no idea what most of these phrases mean so any major risks please let me know. I'm not technically illiterate, just have no experience with phones!

They can get the model number & relevant information from settings, about phone....no need to get the info under the battery.

S5 tap'n

HTC One. I cant access anything inside the phone. The model number under info just comes up as the phone name.Serial number? IMSI? IMEI? Software number?

Ok. Well this is the page with the ruu. Newest is at the top. If you will notice..There is a carrier list about half way thru the file name. You will need to find the right one for your device
