Well after many roms and many themes I have
Come full circle and have returned to stock and I love it say for the white
Status bar. It is to this end that I make a request for the cvcps team for the next sapphire release and even all the clear roms. Could you add the ability to change the status bar color in gem settings

Don't mean to hijack your thread, but the ability to make the status pane transparent would be great as well. Obviously it's a pretty trivial and superficial thing, but I had it on my last ROM and miss it.

And while I think it would be great to be able to manually change the color of the status bar through GEM settings, if you're desperate there are plenty of themes with one.

Not quite as easy as you would think. When moving from white to black, most of the icons in the bar would not show up as they are black in stock.
