thanks for the advice man but the thing is is that was the odin file i flashed in the first place to try and fix it my problem runs a little deeper.
I got the whole issue with recovery figured out and i got the adb devices to see the phone in recovery mode. The next problem i am facing is that when i try to run the "mount -t rfs -o nosuid,nodev,check=no /dev/block/stl10 /dbdata" command in adb shell it says that the device is busy so i am a little stuck
