Favorite contacts widget

Hey. I was wondering if there was anyone who could help me. I had my favorite contacts widget on the first page of my homescreen. On Saturday, I rebooted my phone. When it restarted, my favorites list had stopped showing the pictures I had saved for each contact and also rearranged them. This has happened before, and always fixed itself with one more reboot. This time, however, I have rebooted it quite a few times. Not only won't it show the pictures, but it has also deleted some people, but only from the drop down screen with the widget. If I go into my contacts, the people are still labeled as favorites. Any ideas? I use this widget ALL the time, and not having it kind of sucks. Thanks!

You could remove the widget and then add it back to see if that corrects the issue...

I did that a couple times. It hasn't worked.

I wonder if this is a result of the system upgrade. I did that on Friday... I HATE this.

My Favorite contacts widget did the same thing after I installed the new system update the other day. I tried several different things. I took the widget off my homepage and put it back on, unstarred an re-starred my favorites, I uninstalled Facebook app updates and reinstalled, I did Facebook, google and phone contact syncs in every settings menu I could find. Still nothing. I'm sad.

I wonder what the total number of hours this new JB update has caused to humanity. I have spent about 5 hours in the last 3 days where the previous 11 months about a total of 20 minutes. I've never had such an issue, including with Microsoft. This is CRIMINAL!

It got me for a few. I talked to Moto support. The say it is a Facebook problem. It hasn't deleted any of your contacts. The widget is simply only showing you the non-Facebook contacts.
