Are there any apps out there to edit music already in my library, so I can use them as a ringtone?

Ringdroid is one that I've used on the phone and was pretty good, there are many on the PlayStore....as for doing it on your PC then Audacity is the absolute best freeware, it can do the most including upping the decibels to make them louder without distorting the sound.
