Automatic location-based texts

I regularly drive from NY to NC and back. My daughter likes to know where I am while I drive, so I've set up smartactions based on my location and the days and times I'm driving to send texts to her letting her know when I've crossed from one state to another. Unfortunately, smartactions doesn't seem to recognize when I've arrived at many of the borderlines I've specified, or sends multiple messages as it toggles into and out of an area more than once.

There is a Drive widget that can be placed on the home screen that works very well all by itself.

Fav Smart Action

Workout (executes when headphones are plugged in)
Start GPS
Start Bluetooth
Start Music Player of choice
Start running app (Runtracker, Endomondo, etc)
Disable Wifi
Auto reply txt

Coolest part is when you unplug your headphones it shuts down & restarts things disabled. (battery management)
