Favorites on main screen

Doesn't make no difference what I try to move there. None of my programs will go in. Even the pre loaded stuff on my phone such as the Office program or anything from the main menu screen that has the apps. I am thinking of resetting my phone to original or wiping.

Do not call the folder "favorites" as I think that's a protected system name for contacts. Call it FAVS or something else... not favorites.

If you renamed the folder favorites to something it is still pre set to only do phone contacts. Delete that folder and just long press and put a new folder only. Not favorites. Then try.

If you have already tried this I apologize. But you can rename the contact favorite folder but doesn't change it to be used with apps...

I don't know why but I tried it tonight and worked. I did not start over or rename it just started working. Thanks for helping me.
