Files to delete on SD card before selling?

I am preparing to sell my LG Ally (I simply prefer a Blackberry). Which files on my SD card must I remove? I'm afraid to delete anything that is necessary. Forgive me if this is a simple question with an obvious answer.

Folders on SD card are:
agilefusion
Android
Data
DCIM
download
LOST.DIR
media
time

I deleted my photos out of the media folder but didn't know if I needed to keep the folder itself. The download and data folders are also empty.

I have the card in an adaptor in my PC as I type. Not much on it, just need to know if it's okay to wipe clean. I don't know if there are any "guts" of the phone on it or if it is just extra storage. Web searchs reveal inconsistent information and clearly, I'm clueless.

From your phone, hit menu, settings, SD card & phone storage settings, Unmount SD card, Format.
Everything gone, and back to stock.
