First OS update?

I woke up today to find an OS update waiting for my phone. Does anyone know where they post the changelog for these things?

Mine too...My wife updated while I was in the shower. She wanted to check the weather and it was there so she installed it.....So far I see no difference, signal strength seems to read the same as before...Good news is that it did not change my DUN NAI or S.IP or anything back from my tethering hack so I can still tether....
