flash on video and call lock screen app

I was wondering is there a setting(or app) that allows you to use the led flash during video record mode(cant understand why they wouldnt include this) and also sometimes(i know this has been discussed before) i may have my phone in an awkward position to my ear and i accidently hang up or press buttons I was wondering is there an app or setting that lets u locks the screen all together during a call?? thanks for the speedy answer and the app works okay(not as good as my omnia camcorder with flash(which i do not miss one bit lol) but it gets the job done
