Flashing the 4.0.4 update zip file..

No reason to download all of them...I'd download the newest stable and run it and see how it affects your life for 48 hours. If your life isn't what you'd like, flash the experimental.
 
Can't really recommend any … been a purist on this rom. :) Only flashed the advanced reboot menu one …

Right there with ya. Although, the battery percentage is handy. BUT, the Facebook mod seemed to have added my entire list of friends from FB
rather syncing with existing contacts. My original contacts are completely gone and Backup Assistant wont back them up.

Me either, don't use Facebook ;)

As far as the battery, I use this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.moddedlogic.android.BatteryStatus

Kinda like it better then mods cuz it gives ya more info.

Unlock, root, download and open rom manager and flash recovery then boot into recovery and install zip.
