Flashlight app and Face Unlock delay...

Anybody find a good LED Flashlight app? TeslaLED works good but takes a good 5 or so seconds to come on. Also my Nexus's face unlock isn't nowhere near as fast as the ones u see on youtube and such. I press the power button and the camera box is black for a second or 2 then my face shows up for a second or 2 then it unlocks. Every other video I have seen has it to where the phone is unlocking right when the screen is coming on from pressing the power button.

I also ditched TeslaLED due to the delay. The app, Flashlight, doesn't have as long a delay, only about 1 sec.

Tesla only takes a second for me...

As far as the lock screen I use something called No Lock - it completely turns it off.

You can do that without an app in ICS.

Settings->Security->Screen lock->None

Haven't found a replacement for Tesla that has the widget do the turning off and on...
