Well I know that the OMAP chips have FM radio capability built in. If it doesn't come by default, look for an app to take advantage of the chip's built-in radio. There's an app called Spirit FM which does just that =)

Spirit didn't work well with my Bionic....

that's because they require AOSP ROMs. They do not work for stock ROMs, not even on my Droid x. It does work for CyanogenMod and MIUI though ^_~ wait until thesphones get AOSP but oh wait! Nexus is already AOSP ^_^
