foxfi issue

Hi everyone,
I am new to this site. I am not sure how to post question on the forum. Can someone help? I am having issues with my Foxfi. My ipad can connect to foxfi, but for some reason, I don't get internet access on my IPAD. My IPAD shows that it is connect, but when I try to use the internet, it doesn't work. It use to work yesterday morning, but it stopped working in the after noon. I see the green up arrow lighting up, but the down arrow shows nothing.

Please help. I really need this to work.

Sorry I can't help since you're inquiring about an Ipad issue. (TBH, I wasn't aware FoxFi was compatible with Apple products) Hopefully one of our other members can give you a hand. Have you tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app? What browser are you using to connect?
