fpse performance Samsung Droid Charge

What is the performance of fpse on the Samsung Droid Charge? It should be the same speed as Samsung Fascinate or Galaxy, same processor but with 4g radio. I was hoping fpse would run at 100% speed with full sound on my new phone (old phone was a Droid 1).
