what is the fastest rom for the dinc, and should I change a kernal whatever they are? i want to do a rom today but how do I choose, i use premium rom manager to.

I am not sure how the incredible works. Each phone has a different way of doing things. Kernels can do alot of different things including overclocking. I would check out inc forum. They would have more info http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-incredible-forum/

ok how do you get the origanl rom back on my device, i did muiu thingy and I dont like it. My contacts are gone and no backup assistant on it, I did it thru rom manager, all my apps went bye bye half the music from the card is gone or wont load.

Your contacts will come back when you sign into your google account. Click on market and that should come up. You will have to find stock rom to go back to original.
