At least yours is cut. I pulled as hard as i could from both ends and it's one piece of plastic.

Order placed online on 08/11 received today on 08/24.
First impression is this is pretty tacky to be sent like a letter from my ex.
Wish they spent as much time as they did w/ the website.
After figuring out which side was which, I managed to spend the next ten
minutes dismantling the guard from the cutout surround.
Second impression, mu DX definitely lost some of the luster that enhanced
the beauty of the phone that I adored.........10 minutes ago.
Will continue to wrestle the other pieces from there places but so far not
a good look for stealthguard. Unless the plan was to make a quick 10K-20K.

I did manage to detach the main face shield, but as others have mentioned
the others were not properly perforated.
From 1 to 10, i'll have to give a 2 just because they were cheap and had
pretty good customer service.
Product is absolutely useless.

+1 on stealthguard being stealthgarbage. charged $3 shipping when they use 44 cent stamps to make $2.50 on each crappy piece of plastic they mail. i'd call this a scam

I got my refund for the full amount. I will say, they took care of my complaint very quickly. Now i will even send back (at my expense).
I think they would have been good providing the Die Cutting was there..

do the math. $3-4 multiplied by the hundreds/thousands maybe these guys have ripped off. theyre making out like bandits.
i received mine yesterday. took one look at them, and they went straight in the trash. total crap. might as well wrap my phone in clear packaging tape, it would probably look better. putting in a dispute for my $4 as we speak. i'm not contributing to these guys' get-rich-quick scam
Some of you guys are just silly. $30 Steinheil is the bomb and the $3 same peice of plastic is shee'et?
My Steinheil body protector was on the same borderless type of white paper. It should be outlined, especially without instructions. So what it it came with cardboard. The $3 didn't get damaged in a plain white envelope.
My Steinheil body protector feels tacky, has bubbles, looks like crap and some of the peices have peeled off. The did "NOT" replace it!

I don't know what you said to them to get a refund but I requested one a few hours ago and haven't heard back from them yet. I really don't care about the $3 but it's the principle. I hate to see these guys making a killing selling garbage.

Wow... I can't believe you guys are making such a big deal about this. It was $3 or $4 what did you expect?
If it isn't cut quite right, take a razor blade to it. I bought two of them and received just what I expected. I only planned on using the screen shield so I am sure I can make it work. Same stuff as Zagg and others for pennies on the dollar.
Total win in my book.
