Well thank you; I finally got tired of seeing that message for the 4th time I finally decided to google "howto: enable USB debugging" 4 steps later I was on my way, rooting now.

Rooted & running Liberty 1.5 since that seems to be a popular version. Now I need to find apps & themes to run. Thank everyone.

Liberty is an amazing rom, as for themes go into liberty tools in your app drawer you can install themes straight from there for liberty.

Thanks everyone; I've been having a blast with the phone & it seems like I endlessly have lots more to do. I have to give an edge to Android & the Open-source Devs out there over iOS when it comes to first impressions. The ability to really make something your own, is hands down the way to do things in this world today.
