Galaxy nexus or droid razr?

When you get to the store find someone buying a Nexus and someone buying a Razr (or find a sales person that has one). They are impossible to hold properly with the cords attached, and honestly, I strongly agree with what a few said above - the Razr just doesn't feel right in my hands. My wife has one, and I hate it - it always feels like I'm gonna drop it. I end up squeezing it very tightly. Between the weight and thickness it just feels wrong.

But you may like it, so I'd fondle one of each before deciding.

But honestly, and I am biased, the GN is a wow phone, and with a beautiful relationship between hardware and software I think you'll fall in love with it very quickly, where imo the Razr is just a very thin phone with nothing really special going for it.

I think ill most likely go with the nexus i just want to play with both phones before i purchase one but i only seen the dummy versions that you cant even play with it

No local store that has working demo units? The two are very different when it comes to UI

Did any of the sales people have the respective phones - sometimes they will let you have some hands-on time with the device that way. I wish all stores would put working display models out - it is really the only way the customer can get a good feel for the phone.

The razr is way faster than the nexus from what i seen on YouTube

What do you mean by faster?

Codename 1.1.4 and imos kernel are flippin fast as I've used. Razrs and rezound.

To op. I'd get the rezound over a razr.

You must find a corporate store in order to find working units. Retailers typically have dummies, although I have seen a few working phones at Bestbuy.

I watched Both phones go head to head to head speed wise and the razr was faster in doing everything than the nexus was

Inititally I considered Razr, Rezound and Nexus. The Razr was ruled out almost immediately for a variety of factors, and didnt seem any faster than the others to me.

To the OP, I would get a Rezound or a Nexus. There are no others in the race.

It's kinda like Chevy, Ford or Dodge Trucks.
Everyone hates one and loves one yet they all haul stuff to the dump.
Pick your poison.

Yea you really need to test drive actual models first though. That makes all the difference.
