When you get to the store find someone buying a Nexus and someone buying a Razr (or find a sales person that has one). They are impossible to hold properly with the cords attached, and honestly, I strongly agree with what a few said above - the Razr just doesn't feel right in my hands. My wife has one, and I hate it - it always feels like I'm gonna drop it. I end up squeezing it very tightly. Between the weight and thickness it just feels wrong.
But you may like it, so I'd fondle one of each before deciding.
But honestly, and I am biased, the GN is a wow phone, and with a beautiful relationship between hardware and software I think you'll fall in love with it very quickly, where imo the Razr is just a very thin phone with nothing really special going for it.
