Galaxy Nexus Suffering From Random Reboots

When I had it, stock Android, no custom rom it happened one time that I can remember. I was trying to make a call, when I tried to turn the speaker phone on it happened. Didnt happen anymore trying to turn the speaker phone on. Posted this Jan 6th on another site. In my case I dont know if it was a reboot or the phone shut off.

Had this happen on my RAZR too before, but I saw it coming. The screen started flickering. It was out the blue on the G Nex. Also had my DX1 reboot alot listening to music or the FM Radio last year. Also those times saw it coming as the screen would freeze first.

I have a RAZR since 11-11 and Rezound now since Jan 14. And they both seem to be more stable than the G Nex I had.

This isn't just the Nexus. Random reboots have been a part of Android for a year and a half now, at least. DroidX, Tbolt, Rezound, Nexus, etc... Doesn't affect every phone, so just because yours never did it doesn't mean there is no problem. If even 0.5% of phones are affected, that is HUUUUUUUUGE.

Android has always had this issue, it really isn't anything new and it is not limited to the Nexus.

My first one did it 3 or 4 times while using Pandora, uninstalled and reinstalled, didn't happen again. Was replaced because of a crack in the back side of the screen, haven't had one on the second GNex.

I have never had my phone randomly reboot.

Then again, I'm rooted and running a ROM from a developer that obviously removed that feature. ;)

once for me and i told it to stop otherwise its time out. LOL but just once. my little brother said his does it like 3 times for him.

Thought I didn't have any reboots but just check my up time and it says 5.07.53. Must of had one 5 hours ago and didn't notice.

Edit: Nevermind, that is when I pulled it off the charger. I looked in Settings>>About Phone and that's the same time as I have on the battery. I'm I looking in the right spot?

CDMA, none for me either running 4.0.3 with a custom ROM. I don't get too crazy with OC'ing or UV'ing the kernel so hopefully it won't become an issue.
