Ok, so I live in a rural area, with not much 4G around (if I drive to a city I would get it, but otherwise, 3g).
So, which phone seems to be the best for general connectivity (since both seem to have problems)?
The Gnex or Razr?
Ok gotcha. The best connection I have gotten on my Razr in Greenville is about 29.83 down and 19.62 up. Mine all go to a server in Shelby NC though. I've never really paid any attention to where the server was until now.

Not sure what you're trying to prove...looks like you plugged in your phone about 5-6 times during that 11 hours or either it magically gained power by itself.

I like how people can't just enjoy their phones anymore. One person always has to make another envious. They both have their flaws and advantages. I chose the Galaxy Nexus for the features it has now and NFC considering I'll be stuck with it for a while(maybe? CES?). But if you chose the Razr, that's great, as long as you like it. It's still a great phone.

I have no ill will against the razr... seems to be a nice phone. I just felt that the Nexus was for me. By the way, your screen on time was only 1hr 28min...that ain't much usage for 11 hours
It looks like am leaning on SGN..A Lot of Devs are cheffin up a lot of things for it and am ADDICTED to Flashing roms an it looks like SGN takes the poll on that so far. MIUI is almost already out for SGN. Nother concern that just arose, was the fact that no removeable SD card..Guess I would accept that(If I diss Rzr) over non battery ..
I totally agree here too. I am running an experiment to see which is better for battery life....Juice Defender or Smart Actions....I am working on light usage yesterday and today...one day with each active.
Tomorrow I start on heavier usage as I start my days off tomorrow. BUT...every chance I got today I was playing Drag Racing....
What's funny is looking at my own screen shot I noticed that Wi Fi was doing like 90% of the damage....now I have a new rule in place to stop that
If you are interested in tracking the progress you are welcome to CLICK HERE I just installed Battery Monitor Widget as it provides better detail of usage. I will be posting these from here in so you could see how both JD and SA handle different situations.
Since you have Nexus you could see how JD performs against another competitor and might see configurations that could help you. Or....if you have something to contribute for better performance feel free to post that too.
No hard feelings....never took offense...sorry if I implied otherwise but I am NOT anti-nexus....I am just timid as I love the nexus line and have craved for it for years....now it is here but I am afraid VZW will kill it like everything else.
The Razr should always be considered a good option or choice....I believe the GN also is....Bionic is acceptable as well.
You know what I am really liking about this thread...and I am being honest here.....every challenge I have thrown up you guys have conquered either with a longer battery life screen shot or faster connection speeds.....
I am liking what I am seeing with the GN. This Razr is solid and honestly a great phone....but I am thinking great is fine...but I want Elite
