Galaxy Note 2 waiting Lounge

I don't care who is there to launch what, just tell us what we want to hear which is when we can go buy one. In fact skip all the other stuff and tell us that. The entertainment is for the people who are at the event.

You dont like Kanye? Hope Kim will be there looking fine....
Only if the plan for the event is to have the CEO of samsung come out with a chain gun loaded with s-pens aimed at his face.

Talked to a friend who works at Verizon today. He seems to be more clueless about the phone than me. Everyone I've talked to that works there thinks the phone will be out in late Nov or Dec since Verizon likes to "test" the phone to make sure all the bugs are worked out. I asked him if "test" meant tie the phone down and force feed it bloatware and he laughed. Having been with verizon a long time and gone through the gingerbread and jellybean waits (even having the nexus type phones), they have historically done a piss poor job of launching anything in a timely manner. Why would this be any different?

Testing....Verizon does that cause I know every phone I get has bugs lol. They should have normal tech people test to find bugs.

they dont care about bugs they are testing on how to close exploits and see how much more bloat they can get away with adding on to phones.

Most of the time any good popular phones get hacked before launch or soon after. Granted the locked bootloader might take a little extra time but they get around that too.

Verizon might be the last to get it but regardless middle of November is it folks. Samsung has said it on multiple occasions, i look at this as being worse case scenario.

14 days... that way people are not trading in razr maxx hd's after moto reps said no quad core phones will be out until next year. Vzw droid-line has to make bank that way they can say "see this is what the people want locked and bloated but we at least gave you awesome battery life to go with it".:p

I thought Verizon wasn't going to take that risk. :p

It looks like my guy was right yet again. I wish that wasn't the case this time. :frown:
