The iphone 5 is actually a durable device. It survived several drops with out the typical spider web. In fact the iphone 5 beat the s3 in a drop test. Meaning s3 users just need to buy a case and put it on before leaving the store while iphone 5 users can afford to wait a bit. But we have something equivalent to that on the android side and that is the motorola droid line devices.

tell that to my moto with a hairline crack in the screen from a 2 foot drop lol... Idk how it happened.. I've dropped it from way higher with no damage

the i5 seems to be very durable.. I've had a few friends with iphone 4/s screen crack from drops

I'll take the mini review for what it's worth. Not much! My impression was he was a little biased towards the iPhone 5.
He noted the iPhone finished the benchmark test first after he tapped the iPhone first,lol. He then mentioned the more user friendly typing on the iPhone without mention of the note II's ability to shift the keyboard for righty's or lefty's to use one handed. He also made mention of the better picture quality on the iPhone when the iPhone was in HDR mode (of course!). Also, pretty sure the note was on auto brightness so people not in the know couldn't see how truly nice the display is. While he made mention that the processing power of the note II was much better he showed people nothing of what it can do.

Fortunately there are much better examples of what the note II really does.

The hype is killing me!! I have the SIII on VZW right now but always envyied the Note on AT&T. This phone is going to allow me to leave the laptop in the bag when traveling for work (not all the time but sometimes) and such. This phone can't get to VZW fast enough for me!!
