Galaxy s4 vs iphone 5s

In my mind, if you have the iPhone 5 and you don't know why you should switch or need convincing, maybe you should stick with it. ;);)

The list of reasons might take until past my dinner time anyway. ;)

I think I am ready for change. I had a Moto Droid when they first came out but switched to iphone. I think I want to come back to Android.

You need to stick with an iPhone if you are asking someone to talk you into switching.

My experience if you've always been team iPhone switching to android will just leave a bad taste in your mouth. And that's assuming you are a iPhone fan boy. Stick with what works for you android isn't for every body and neither is iPhone. Play with a friends phone or go play a demo phone at your carrier.

I have had both an iphone and droid. Honestly neither phone is bad an iphone is reliable but cant be customized. Also apps can get expensive through apple. S4 of course bigger screen and great battery life. Personal preference. I do like the face time feature for iphone. Your good either way but the s4 won me over.

Let me ask you this, why are you considering switching back to Android?

We can all list the facts, our opinions, strengths, and weaknesses of the s4 or other Android phones in question, but why do you want to switch? If it's just for the bigger screen, expandable memory, or removable battery, that may not be enough of a reason to switch, especially if you have an Apple/iOS ecosystem already set up.

Considering you've already had an Android device, you'll be in for a real nice change with the latest Android devices compared to the devices of old. The difference is truly night and day, you'll be surprised at how far Android has come should you make the switch.

Two weeks after switching from an iPhone 4s to a GS4, I have made some observations...beautiful screen resolution, easier to read text and view photos on the larger screen, better keyboard with no switching between letters and numbers and with predictive typing, you can choose default apps (sending a website link on the iPhone meant it always went from my icloud mail account damn it, not my Gmail account), no need to use iTunes yay!, ability to attach any sort of file to an email - pic, vid, excel, mp3, even apps!. I can TELL my phone to answer or make a call while I'm driving - hands free! It's been an enjoyable challenge to learn how to use the GS4. Some apps aren't as polished as their iOS versions and some are better. There are more quality apps for free in Google Play than in the Apple App Store. I make new comparisons each day - mostly favourable ones. The GS4 is a stunning piece of kit - top shelf. I am sure there are other fine Android handsets also. I wasn't going to die wondering. Maybe you shouldn't either.

One consideration in deciding which platform; do you also have a pad, and if so which platform? For instance, if you have and like an iPad, then I'd suggest sticking with an iPhone. You can make things work across platforms, but it won't be as smooth. That said, I personally like Android and plan to stick with it. My wife is considering switching from Android to iPhone next time out since she has an iPad. I've had a lot of acquaintances come to me for platform advice. One question I ask them is; if you have a problem with your PC do you enjoy jumping right in and tackling it yourself, or do you do it only after exhausting all other alternatives? If you are the kind to jump right in, then you are a techie, and Android may be best for you. Otherwise you just want it to work without fiddling, and you are therefore destined for an iPhone. This is not a diss on Android - I am a fan, but to get the best experience it takes more tinkering since Android does not control the interface as tightly as IOS does, therefore apps are free to misbehave/innovate more, therefore allowing/requiring more tinkering.

How can you put your own music in the note 3? I got the phone and freakin love it!
It's there a way like itunes to do my music?

Android works similar to a flash drive, all you do is drag and drop. And I personally use Play Music as my music player, but there are quality 3rd party apps.
