To the OP-
With over 10K in Mac gear -
3 yrs with iPhone -
You are locked into the new world order-
You have iTunes-Its the only ware they give a crap about.
You can't count on real life apps they have for anything.
3 years later it doesn't exist.
They cant even figure out a simple calendar - and make it worthwhile for important dates-like birthdays.
Their cloud is so fragile-the slightest breeze- its history.
Guess how long it took to grab the S4-
Paid full price for the unit in full-
Joined on to exisiting family plan-
Landed here shortly after-
Some would call that a Win/win.
Iphones will always be a tough unit and solid mp3/video player-
Umfortunately the world ends there.
Priority for me-bigger screen-less time pulling out reader glasses on 5" - vs the iphones 3.5".
I really wanted the rumor to come true-
with larger screen - Typical Apple-Always stretch limit the tech just enough-so the next upgrade can further their grip as was done to every device created.

I definitely prefer Android - that's the main advantage of S4. It's CPU also has much more cores (8 vs. 2) what makes it working faster then iPhone. On the other side Apple smartphone is smaller what for some people might be very important.
